In a court ruling in favor of Duke, Louisville lost a lawsuit claiming damages because Duke backed out of the final 3 games of a four game series. In Duke’s defense, their legal staff use the “we suck so bad that you could replace us with a Juco and have better turn out” defense. I haven’t even been to law school and could have come up with that one. Duke’s Bottom 10 status is unquestionable.
